For over 27 years, Gourmet Classic has supplied food manufacturing with high-quality culinary wines and alcohol ingredients developed specifically for professional use. Operating from our BRCGS AA Certification production facility in Hampshire, we also specialise in blending, processing, filtration and packing services for food manufacturers, wholesalers and industrial catering operations.
Our Food Service Wine range has been developed to provide consistent quality, dependable supply and cost-effective solutions for commercial kitchens and food production environments. Products are available in a wide range of formats suitable for sauces, marinades, ready meals, gravies, flavour systems and food manufacturing applications.
Products are packed using automated filling lines into practical food service and industrial pack sizes including 5 litre and 25 litre containers, together with 1,000 litre IBCs and Arlington bag formats for larger volume manufacturing requirements. Our facilities are designed to efficiently manage both high-volume production runs and specialist bespoke formulations.
All processing takes place within our BRCGS AA Certification facility, the highest accreditation awarded following an unannounced audit under the globally recognised BRCGS Food Safety Standard. This means audits can take place at any time without prior warning, ensuring our production systems, hygiene controls and quality procedures are maintained consistently every day of the year. Combined with fully documented HACCP systems and complete traceability procedures, this provides customers with confidence that products are processed and packed to the highest food safety standards expected by major manufacturers and food service operators.
