As an organisation committed to excellence, we have never sat on our laurels. We continue to develop products designed specifically for professional kitchens and food manufacturers, including Cooking Wines, Cooking Spirits, Cooking Ale, Cooking Cider, Glazes, Cold Brew Coffee and Food Service Vinegars.
Our journey started with Cooking Wine when we were able to provide chefs with access to genuine wine for cooking at a 40% saving compared to bottled equivalents. Today we continue to supply wholesalers with around 100,000 litres of Cooking Wine every week.
British Manufacturing & BRCGS AA Accreditation
Part of our growth strategy has always been to maintain complete control over our production processes. To achieve this, we built our own food processing facility in Ringwood, Hampshire in 2015.
Our production site operates under BRCGS AA accreditation, demonstrating our commitment to the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Investment in automated filling technology, UK manufacturing partnerships and new packaging formats enables us to offer a comprehensive range of food service vinegars while maintaining the value and service our customers expect.
