USP – Made using Reverse Osmosis Water

Vinegars – Unique Selling Points

After 27 years Gourmet Classic, the inventors of cooking wine in the UK, are breaking into the vinegar market for food service. Gourmet Classic have ordered a fully automatic jerry can filling line from a UK manufacturer and have even partnered with a UK injection moulding company to blow our own PET plastic bottles in 2 and 5 litre. Along with the cheaper jerry can we can compete with anyone else in this market.

Managing Director Angus I’Anson said in an interview, “Gourmet Classic are bigger and better than any cooking wine company in the UK and can buy in bulk and pack faster than anyone else in the vinegar market. This will bring cost savings which we will pass onto the customer. We have 9 mainstream vinegars available in 2 different types of packaging, a 2 litre PET bottle and a 5 litre jerry can. We’re very excited about this new venture and look forward to becoming an even stronger partner to our customers.”

We also take extra care in the quality of water used in blending and dilution activities. Our water undergoes Reverse Osmosis treatment making it perfect as an ingredient in liquid products.
