The best way to get to LuxExpo The Box exhibition centre is to use the nationwide, completely free public transport system, including buses, trams, and trains, which requires no booking or tickets for second-class travel.

For planning, use the Mobiliteit.lu app or website, and simply hop on, as no tickets are necessary for travel within the country.  Trains run frequently from Luxembourg Gare Centrale. https://www.mobiliteit.lu/en/

The tram system is efficient, with information available on the Luxtram website. https://luxtram.lu/fr/ From Luxembourg Gare Centrale, take the T1 tram towards “Luxexpo” (approx. 15-20 min).

WARNING

Taxis in Luxembourg are generally expensive. The base fares starting at €3-€3.50 and rate of €3.50 per km. a typical trip from Luxembourg airport to the city will cost you €40.
